I am currently doing a cert 3 in community services and need some help with some of the questions.
the questions are :
1) important standards you will need to adhere to in the health services industry?
2) Who do you think you would refer to in the case of a breach or non-adherence to standard procedures occurring?
3) How do you think the following protects clients with regard to confidentiality? Conduct some research if you are unsure.

?The Privacy Act.
?The Freedom of Information Act.
4) What Acts do you think respect the rights of others? Conduct some research if you are unsure.
5) What policies do you think enforce the responsibility of others?
6) Explain the procedures/ strategies that could be followed should you have a conflict of interest. Why should these steps be taken?

Hi I'm studying pathology and would like to get some of these answered if anyone can help please. 

1. Who would you refer to in case a breach or non-adherence to standard procedures should occur?

3. What policies enforce the responsiblity?

4. List 4 employee rights and responsibility?

5. List 4 employe rights and responsibility?
