Hi everyone,

Does anybody can advice me if I should enroll into Division 2  nursing? My training background is I have been working as a carer both in nursing home and community care for nearly 3 yrs. I have Cert 3 in HACC and Aged Care  I often work in HACC and less in a residential care.  I really enjoyed working in a community care than nursing home. I'm  really confused which pathway should I take, as I've been thinking to work my way up. I believe EN is only good if I work all the time in hospitals or nursing homes.

In addition, I migrated from Phils. 6 yrs.ago. I knew that if I decide to study into EN, I will need to pass IELTS at least 7, before I can practice. Does it really worth to study Enrolled nurse.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Thank you guys.
