Hi all, I'm currently in the middle of aplying for a grad program through grad connect, and I have to answer four criteria questions and I'm kind of stuck on then, I'm not quite sure on how to answer them etc, id really appeciate any ideas/ suggestions/ tips. thank you heaps!!
Here are the questions;
1.Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence based nursing care within the practice setting.
2.Demonstrated effective interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
3.Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge and experience in the Quality Improvement Cycle and patient safety initiatives.
