You have asked a very good question and I will answer your question in the following statements:

1.  Yes, exercise does help and the more that you keep doing, the better.

2.  Having a healthy diet that is rich with vitamins, minerals, and lower in carbohydrates and sugar always helps with the diabetes type II.

3.  Lowering the carbohydrates is key to lowering the sugar intake.

I hope that this helps you and please do an internet search on Google on diabetes type II if you need more information.  Also, please talk to your doctor regarding any questions that you may still have.

Thank you for your question.  Yes, exercise can help you and it can help your condition.  In fact, in type II diabetes, it is the only thing that can help.  Watching what you eat also helps as well.  Here are a few tips:

1.  Watch the carbohydrate intake.

2.  Watch the sugar intake.

3.  Make a food diary.
