We have made it through the first live month and I am pleased that you all have decided to come along for the ride :). I will write a new tomorrow and give some details on the development so far.

It is good to see some members actively referring NurseCentral to their friends and colleagues. One of my aims is to get a NurseCentral flyer into every tea room. If you would like to help achieve that goal, , print it out and stick it up.

As a significant feature of the site is the forums, the value of the site will continue to grow and develop as the number of contributing members grows. If you haven't posted to the forums yet, get brave and have your say or ask your question!

If you are really keen, you might like to put a photo of yourself in the forum next to the flyer that you put up. Perhaps we could come up with an incentive for the most creative?
To do this just click on the Paperclip icon when you are replying to this topic and upload your image.

Cheers

Hi Darren

I have just put a flyer up in my tea room at work. Hopefully others will follow suit and soon there will be flyers everywhere!!

Excellent Deb,

all NurseCentralians thank you!

I am aware there are a quite a few getting around. I will be making an effort over the next few weeks to email them directly to as many hospitals, health and aged care facilities as I can.

I am a little quiet this week as I am in Melbourne at the International Conference on Thinking. I will do a blog entry on my return regarding my inspirations.

Good suggestion Annelizeb,

we do currently have that feature at the end of news articles. It is on the list for forum areas as well and we will look to expand it further across the site.

Congratulations to Sassygirl for winning the October 05 - Best New Thread - What's so scary about psychiatry

A NurseCentral Lanyard is on the way.

I will continue the trial of this competition for the next few months.

As discussed in my blog - the best new Forum Thread each month (as judged by me, for now) will receive a NurseCentral Lanyard.
