Can anyone help me

I am about to sit the Vetassess exam and I have been going through their test preparation for numeracy. I feel like I have numeracy equations are spinning around inside my head. I am wondering how long do you get to complete this part of the test? Are the questions multiple choice or do they require you to work out the answers yourself? Do they give any examples in regards to any of the numeracy questions.

As for the literacy part of the test what can I expect? How long do I get to complete the literacy section? How should I prepare for the literacy section?

I would appreciate any help with my questions as this is a scary time for me as I will be entering as a mature age student and this is a career path that I have wanted to do for years now.
