VISA issues aside, I am just looking for countries that the qualification can transfer over to (obviously there are usually extra classes or exams to take). I know En to LPN in the United States isfairly easily transferred, but are there any other countries? Thanks so much, Kathryn

I'd expect that there are very few where it's transferable (perhaps commonwealth countries?) but that the UK would be a good reference point. My understanding with the UK is that it's judged on a case by case basis and that work experience is the deciding factor. I'd love to hear from someone who knows something for sure..
