I have been nursing in High Dependency Nursing for 16 years. In that time through nursing for residents I want to know in the 16 Years of nursing if all my experience has some information to contribute to evidence based practice. Has anyone out there know of a study that has been done directly related to EEN's & EN's that have nursed 1:1 with residents on a daily basis?
