I have just been suspended after a complaint was made against me for a 2nd time by the same resident.  I have not had any problems with all my other residents and I treat them all the same (no favourites).  I am just wondering if I am entitled to review the complaint before I attend the meeting between myself, my supervisor and the family members (I don't think the resident will attend).  It really feels as if this resident and her family have it in for me.

I have contacted the QNU but don't hold out much hope for them to be able to attend the meeting at such short notice.  Perhaps I am entitled to postpone it till I am able to get representation?

Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated.
