I have a question. I know someone that lives in USA and whats to move to Qld, has RN license /works in USA as RN but she was told she will need to take "challenge test". Does anyone knowns what "challenge test means?

Dont take this as gospel, but i'm guessing it will have something to do with making sure she has the right skills/education for australian nursing. Working in pathology, I have to say my first response was glucose challenge test :)

I found this link which describes the requirements for OS registration in QLD.

Seems the challenge test is 2 part test - 1st part is short answer and multiple choice questions. If that is passed, then the candidate can go onto a practical test.

Thank you for your input Darren and tinalitza, I email it over to USA and I read it all myself. I learned alot about the "Challenge Test" which I did not know. Thanks again.
