Hi guys,

I posted this msg in the student nursing section, but thought that someone here might have heard of this too???

Apparently it is possible, while u're studying for ur RN's, to do a short TAFE pathway into ur EEN's - i'm not sure how this works, and what level of the degree u would have needed to complete, but if anyone has done, doing or heard of this, i'd love to know!

thanks,
kate

Hi Kate,

I am in Melbourne and I would think the answer will depend on which state you are in.

In Victoria we can register as a Div 2 when we have completed Year 2 of our Bachelor of Nursing. You need to do a short 1 day workshop (I study at Deakin and they ran one for us) first. I have just got mine (yesterday in fact) and now have to decide what to do with it!

Good luck.
