Hello fellow nurses,I have just graduated and unfortunately did not get a Graduate Nurse Program. Therefore, I have applied for a Nursing Agency, which accepts graduate nurses. Went for interview and got the job. They said they would send me to hospitals that take graduate nurses from agencies.

I am very nervous starting my nursing career with nursing agency. I feel like going back to the day of having my first placement ever, knowing nothing…Im hitting the book trying to revise on everything I’ve learnt. Just hope I could get any advise out there, or information I might missed out on, regarding on what important points to revise, what to bring to the shifts, know-how, and etc.

If anyone has the same experience of starting their nursing career with nursing agency, I desperately need your advice!!
