Hello all I am new to this site and in a few weeks I will be a new grad RN. I am curious about weather a doctor surgery would be willing to employ me as a new grad? I only ask this question as hopefully in a few months I will be moving back onto a farm and there is not alot a hospitals in or around the areas we have been looking
