Author EN pathway after 2nd year RN in WA

The pathway to be able to become an EN at the end of 2nd year seems to be closing in May for WA. I don't finish 2nd year until the end of the year. Does anyone know if you can do one in another state and it still be counted for APHRA? Or know if something else is going to take the pathways place?
