Hi

I was just wondering if anyone is studying at Healthtrain in Edithvale? How are you finding it?

Regards

Georgie

I am a former student and I found it terrible. It is the most disorganised institution I have ever come across. Ever. Go to TAFE.

Hi Phoenix

How did you go finding a job with qualifications from Healthtrain as a division two nurse? Are you currently working?

I am a graduate of Health train, it is not worth all the headaches.  They lied about our finishing date, kept extending it. They were completely unprofessional. There are many other past students who feel the same. If you value your nursing career you will choose a institution that has one set of rules and have professional staff. I could sit and write about so many crazy things that went on but they are not important. Good luck in your studies.

I'm an ex student of healthtrain and I have had the complete opposite experience. The teachers at Healthtrain were very supportive and extremely experienced most of them are specialists in their field or completing masters level nursing so you clearly didn't listen to your teachers much. If I asked anything they got back to me very quickly. I learnt so much information and felt really prepared for all my clinical placements and exams. Ive been only out for a short period of time but I already have a full time position in an acute hospital and I am loving it! all our class have gained work and about a quarter of the class has grad years which are super hard to get. So I would highly recommend healthtrain or I think they call themselves train @ CQUniversity now because they genuinely cared about me as a student and as a person. It was nice not to be a number like the rest of the tafes in the area! Ive decided to continue my training to do RN with them which I can't wait to do next year so can only recommend them!
