Hi all, my name is Emma, i have been wanting to do aged care all my life now, and im about to start my certificate 3.

Im a mum of 4 and have'nt done anything really for 7 years, just a stay at home mummy, now im really looking forward to getting out there. My nan is in Amity nursing home and she is loving it, by me being there everyday to see her, i couldnt sit back and not help out, so i help when i can and i love it, its the best feeling in the world. So now i hope i can get through it all so i can continue my dream. cheers all have fun studying.

Hi Cheek is me,

If that is what you really want to do than do it. But just keep in mind that aged care work can be very physically and mentally demanding.(Sorry Keeshy, a bit of negative thinking there). Just being a stay at home mummy for the last seven years is very important for you and your children. My children are 21 18 and 12 and they still call me mummy
