So i need help with an assignment, this is what we are given in a handover
CNS: A&O X 3, PEARL some chest discomfort and moving all limbs with equal strength.
CVS: Regular pulse with a rate of 100, BP 125/76 and Temperature of 37.5 his peripheries are warm no swelling
Resp: Decreased Air entry to bases and good cough respiratory rate of 35, with obvious increased work of breathing
GIT: no nausea or vomiting and abdomen soft – bit sore from all the coughing love he tells you
Renal: voided an hour ago
Integ: skin intact IV in left arm and no signs of infection.
now we are meant to continue care with this patient and deal with any complications that might arise. I just need help with the planning out the correct steps. I feel like im missing something but im not sure what it is so any help would be appreciated
