HI everyone,I'm brand new to Nurse Central, so hope I'mdoing this right?!!A few nights ago, I nervously awaited qtac to release offers - I got my first choice with Bachelor of Nursing at Griffith Logan!! I'm so excited!!I can't wait for uni to start, mind you very nervous and trying to figure out the logistics with rest of my family movements - me and hubby have 3 boys, eldest starting school this year, so its going to be hectic, but I can't wait.Looking forward to chatting heaps, Zoe

Congrats ZoeL, I find that a lot of advice here makes good sense and preps you for whatever if coming our way. I got my Div 1 offer late last year and last week I dragged the whole family down to QUT's library with me to borrow the required reading materials and its a shocker what you need to go through, especially with 4 kids and a small business to manage whilst juggling this course. I think its good to start reading up early, at least to refresh my sciences - LOL. All the best.

Congrats to you both Zoe & Schizo!! I'm a newbie here too, will be starting Bachelor of Nursing @ Flinders. Fulltime, and a mum ( oldest daughter is starting Uni as well this year! ) Feeling slightly nervous, but very excited & can't wait to get into it. Schizo I'll be interested to hear how you are going with it all & any tips you may have for staying on top of it all, we have 5 children & run a small business also. That's a great idea to start reading & refreshing your mind..I need to get the textbooks so I can do that. I am really hoping to find some people with similar circumstances at Flinders too.

Good lucks guys & look forward to hearing more about your journeys :)

New here too :) Congratulations.

I accepted an offer to do a BA in Nursing at UWS in Sydney. No idea what I'm doing but very excited. A little bit nervous about the studyload.
