I was wondering anyone who has or is studying did they use different editions of textbook then required? Not just because the earlier editions are cheaper but because I did study nursing before I have a couple of textbooks however the 2 I have that are on the book list one is 3 editions older then the one they recommend and the other on is 4 editions older, I know from previous study sometimes its just a revised chapter that is usually between editions, sometimes they add a chapter etc but I dont know if I can get away with it, wanted to know how other have gone...this is for Diploma of Nursing

Yeah usually older editions or other textbooks on similar subjects are more than enough. I did my degree cruising through without textbooks because I could not afford them....I am a tight ar^se..lol.
What I found was I could go to the library and borrow them because they are always available. Just follow the topics or required reading and you'll be good as gold,...:)

All the best in your studies and don't forget to have fun

Thank you for your comment, makes me feel happier, I just couldnt justify buying the same 2 textbooks if they were only a few editions older.

Really excited this time around and in a better place in life so I cannot wait to get started.

Merry Christmas
