Hello,

I'm a student nurse and we're taught all about infection control and all that but then it got me wondering if me wearing glasses, as my eyes are terrible, would be a problem in the work place? It seems like it could be a place for bacteria to hide in so for you people in the industry is there many problems to wearing glasses? Do you have to constantly disinfect them or something?

Your glasses don't touch the patient or anything at all. Hand hygiene is more important than the bateria/skin flora on your glasses.
If you are unsure if you contanminated your glasses, just use a medi-wipe to give it a good wipe.
