hi! I am an international student.I would like to get some information about the registration requirement of Aus.

Can a graduate, who recovered from anxiety, be allowed to register as a Nurse in Australia? Does this history adversely affect the chance of working in Aus or application for immigration?

Thank you:P

Hi Simon,

you will find links to all of the Nurses Board sites at http://www.nursecentral.com.au/links/registration_boards

You should find information there about registration requirements. It is unlikely that a medical condition will prevent registration unless it interferes with your ability to undertake the role, but it would be best to contact the Boards directly to clarify any requirements they might have in that regard.

Someone else here might have direct experience in these matters who can help.

All the best.

Hi Darren,

I actually hesitated to tell the board frankly about my history but I would tell the board anyway to see what the board can do about my case. I don't want to hide it. It would be great if someone who had this experience can share with me.

Thank you for your advice:P
