Ok.. just wanted an idea on what notice you have to give when you are still on your probation period. I still have about a month to go. I was not given a letter of contract as you would in another industry.. I have had a phone call to come in for a interview from a nursing from which I did my work placement in.Also did volunteer work over the weeks leading up to Xmas.. I have never been happy at this nursing home I am working at present , have mentioned in a previous post about bullying from the start. And the work practices which occur in this age care facility..
