I feel so stupid for what i am putting in this message but i only recieved first lot of study material yesterday and am stuck on activity 1. How bads that.

First module im doing is provide support to an older person.

It asked me to write down 3 physical changes the older person may experience and i put down arthritis, sight problems and declinig elasticity in body tissue. The following questions which are part of activity 1 I have no idea on what to do.

1. What measures are taken when delivering services? ( By the organisation) ( By the carer)

2. What measures can be taken when delivering services? ( By the organisation) (By the carer)

3. How are these physical changes taken into account when delivering services? (By the organisation) (By the carer)

Any help with this to get me started would be greatly appreciated thankyou From Michelle

Do I just answer it with commen sense guess answers since have never worked in a nursing home before?
