Lets talk about Not Enough Aged Care Beds?

How true is this or not?

Aged Care Beds staying empty and others saying there are waiting list for years years and cannot get there loved ones placed in Nursing Home. What is your say?

Hi There Molly and all...

Aged Care. Are you kidding....there is ALWAYS a big demand for beds. Once our people go to heaven, well, the bed is virtually filled.

There is long waiting lists with the aging occupation. Where are there empty beds? Our Sunshine Coast facility certainly doesn't want any empty beds as that means less money to claim. Aged care is a REAL business and of course staffing is never where it ought to be. Always sort and without ratios of staff that would truly do our aged deserve.

There are new facilities popping up all the time and never a lack of interest in the beds...

Thank you greatly for your reply cakers ! Were I work in Brisbane there are some empty High Care beds.

I was wondering do you know were to place an AD or were is the best place to call to find aged people who are waiting for years to get in an Nursing Home??? Do you have Aged Care contact ? Please if you have any suggestion I will be greatful.
