Hi, I'm trying to find good resources to create a list of useful phrases for staff to use with patients whose native language is other than english, can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm specifically looking for European phrases to help us with Italian, Greek & Polish

I found this site with a little bit of Googling and looks like it has written material/translations available - not a site I knew of before:

www.healthtranslations.vic.gov.au

This one has some "Ward Phrases" which may be useful if you need to give written instruction, but dont give an English help of how to say the words.

Hope that helps a bit
