Seraphim is on the right track, include all of those aspects in your answer.  Linking those things to the legislation (Aged care ACT 1997, Discrimination ACT etc) will reflect your understanding that this isn't just something that your facility has imposed on its' workers for their own benefit, but that there are legal implications for non-compliance.
