hi, I've been stuck on this assignment for so long now, the questions I need help with are

provide examples of various ways that you could get feed back and monitor your work performances,

A) formal

B) informal

and, provide examples of various work practices from the community services industry that you could reflect on.

A) knowledge

B) skills

C) attitudes
