I'm sorry this is all i can explain as it is all the question is in my study units.

How would you prepare for a falls assessment?

I guess in my work, if I was going to do a falls risk assessment on a resident (Im in aged care) I would have the falls risk form, and to fill it out I would need the residents' history, to see if there have been falls in the past, what medical conditions they have, their age, if they are mobile or immobile etc etc. hope that helps

I would go along with sash's comment.. May I add before you post make sure your question is clear to us.. If you do not understand the question on your assessment go through each question with your trainer or educator.. I Know when I did my course I was in regular contact with my educator.. I googled everything.. Had contact with my fellow students.. Had my reference books on hand..

I think the question is clear for all to see.It doesn't get any simpler than ...how would you prepare for a falls assessment?
