Hi all,
I am a current 3rd year nursing student attempting to find information on community health nursing; I specifically want to research the comparative differences in knowledge and skills utilised between the disciplines of traditional, acute nursing and community/public health nursing. I have scoured the usual haunts for such info, ie: databases, .org, .gov, .edu sites...etc, but I'm having trouble gathering information of suitable academic quality.
Does anyone know of any decent community/public health databases, journals, organisations...etc, that I may have missed in my search, which I might find suitable for this project? Any help would be appreciated.
