I am a Grade 2 PCA currently working in Aged Care , I am trying to decide whether I should study my Div 2 or otherwise upgrade to become a Med's endorsed PCA ; would appreciatte some feedback as I am a 40 year old male who has only just joined the nursing fraternity and do not really want to commit to the 3 + years of study to achieve Div 1.

Thanks so much ,

Greg

Hi Greg

Have you thought about doing your Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) diploma then you should be able to get some advanced standing in a RN (Div 1) undergraduate course at a uni. This may vary from uni to uni but you could check it out with your local unis.

cheers

Hey Greg - check this link out......Gold Coast TAFE run the Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) diploma online. It may be what you are after.
