To promote the development and delivery of safe, high quality health care to remote areas of Australia and her external Territories. CRANA is primarily concerned that remote area consumers are at least guaranteed a minimum standard of health care.

We are committed to the provision of discharge planning of the highest possible standard to ensure continuity of quality care between the hospital and the community.

The Drug and Alcohol Nurses of Australasia is a network offering leadership, professional support and friendship to Nurses working with, or advocating for, people with alcohol and other drug issues, and concerned
others. We aim for excellence and the ongoing improvement of quality care in Nursing.

The Endocrine Nurses' Society of Australia incorporated, (ENSA Inc.) is a professional organisation which provides a forum for continuing education and professional development for nurses working in the field of endocrinology.

Fertility Nurses Australasia (FNA) represents nurses working in reproductive medicine in Australia and New Zealand. The organisation originated in 1990 as the Nurses Special Interest Group. The name was changed to FNA in 1997 established under the auspices of The Fertility Society of Australia

Flight Nurses Australia is a body created to promote flight nursing as a specific field, to facilitate communications between flight nurses in the Australia region and ensure nursing practices specific to the aviation/transport area are maintained and enhanced.

Provide and encourage the exchange of information, standardise practice and protocols within technical and nursing communities, educate and inform the recreational diving industry and to encourage hyperbaric research in order to advance the scientific basis of our practice.

The purpose of MINA is to provide a cohesive support group for nurses working in Medical Imaging, and to facilitate the exchange of professional information and skills.

Nursing Informatics Australia (NIA) is a special interest group of the Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA) and is the pre-eminent group of nursing informaticians in Australia.

It is through the Society that we learn from each other, empower each other and get our voice heard.
