People who think they know it all really irritate me because they're a liability on the ward.
Nothing scares me as much as the over confident, the "I used to be a big boss in my other job" kind of people who reckon that a few letters after their name makes them infallible.
Oh please. Don't tell me how you left oodles of money and put yourself through monumental hardship just so you could do something for your community.
Your community doesn't want a martyr. They want someone devoted to their care. If you want prestige then you're in the wrong profession!!!!!
