Hi, I'm looking for a bit of advice; I am an assistant nurse from the UK with a casualty background ( A&E , emergency room ) who is looking to complete some of the diploma of nursing units to complete the qualification along with the credit I have been given for my UK certificates. I was told by the training authority in Perth that I needed to complete 4 units however these were not open to non-residents. I am on a WHV so it is going to be tough I expect. I have been trying to get sponsored but I suppose it's a chicken and egg situation.

I must admit I was surprised given that the feed back I have received from my employers ( via agency work) was that this was an in demand vocation. Anyway I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me, have looked at the GCIT course online but I think the same rules will apply, now looking for private training providers.

Any my help would be hugely appreciated.
