I live in Adelaide am looking to do the Diploma Course to become an EN. I would love to know the fastest way to do it? My local TAFE takes 18mths (as full time is 2 days a week) but I think there are some private companies that do it faster?

Thanks for your help,

Pretzel.

Hi Pretzel,

Im doing my EN through tafe at Port Adelaide. There are some private companies which do it in about 14 months i believe like equals international however they cost about $8K+ to be honest i wouldnt pay an extra $5k for 4 months less. You still have to get through the same workload and same placements.

Hi there, i will be starting my EN course with Equals towards the end of this year. It is 3 days a week and only takes 12 months to complete.

I finished my diploma through the Pt Adelaide campus mid way through last year. I would recommend doing it through a tafe as the private companies charge at least double what tafe does, and tafe is a well recognised and respected training organisation.
