Does anyone know if ther is "one-stop" shop for correctional jobs across the states? I work i traveling nursing and enjoy the correctional environment but I find it difficult to find my next job with the same employer. I am interested in DOC, BOP and local jail environments. Do any of the Federal prisons hire from a staff pool or have their own pool to sign up for or is security a problem? I found a correctionalmedical.com site to post my resume. Do you think recruiters look at sites on the web or wait for us to come to them? Any ideas? Thanks.
