I have been a Cert IV qualified EN for 7 years, ours was the last year the Cert IV was offered before it went to the Diploma level. Recently I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade my qualification to the Diploma via the Bridging course, thankfully my RPL was enough that I have 9 modules to complete instead of the 26 plus !! Not bad seeing that originally we were told by TAFE that the Diploma level would "only be the IV module" !! 7 years later this is what they have come up with hmm ......
Anyway, the 5 electives in this course I chose are also working towards the Advanced Diploma should I wish to carry on with the study.
Is there anyone out there who is in the same boat? I need a study buddy as I work and live in a rural remote area and having someone to bounce ideas off of would be great!! I dont think I am totally stupid but looking at some of the assessments in the first module I have been sent, I am wondering if I have done the right thing !!
