Not sure if this is a good suggestion or not but perhaps you could try researching clinical scenarios on the internet and read through those for some good ideas. You could also try and write your own different scenarios using what knowledge you already have. Its all good preparation. You will probably be more ready to deal with different ideas if you have already been researching them or thinking about them previously. HTH and good luck.
