I am an enrolled nurse currently in full time employment. I am looking to pursue a bachelor in nursing however I am concerned that I may not find a job as an RN once completed.

Is it possible to hold concurrent registration as an EN and RN until I find an RN position?

I find it quite deterring that I may have to give up a secure job in order to advance my career, especially in uncertain times where New Grad positions are scarce. I have heard conflicting stories over this issue and would like some clarification before embarking on my studies.

No - we were told once you are qualified as an RN you cannot be registered as an EN as well.  Different scope of practice.
