Im a newly registered EEN and I thought id just landed the best job eva at a medical centre, but it would seem that I was a bit blind to the fact that I will be working 90% of the time with only Drs, which is not meeting my registration requirements to be supervised by an RN . Have any other EENs faced this problem .. Thanks in advance :)

snapey (offline) Joined: Jan 2013 Location: Posts: 60	Sep 29, 2014, 01:37 am Is an RN available over the phone? If it a chain medical centre they only legally need to employ one RN at one medical centre but that RN needs to be available to answer any calls from the EN's in other centres.
