Hi Ladies
About to go out on last placements. One is Aged Care, the other Med/Surg. I am in third year. The focus is on Leadership and Management.
We need to have two clinical and two personal goals for each placement.
One thing I think will be available is insertion of catheters which I have not had the opportunity as yet to practice. However, I am wondering what else I might be exposed to that would be a good skill to practice. There is very little we are now not recognised as 'competent' in.
As for Personal Goals .. I am struggling for ideas.
