Hi guys,
I am an aged care assistant who has been working in a nursing home for 8 months and I wanna make a complain form my employer about financial issues. I had a a casual job before but they change my situation to a part time job and gave my only 6 hours permanent shift weekly plus few days casually , then most of my shifts are casual but because I have 6 hours permanent job , my payment has been calculating casually, In new situation I made less money and my employer does not want to change my situation.
Could you please tell me what is the centre where I can make a official complain about my situation? I mean, how can I make my employer to stop this way? Is there any office, official centre where I can make a complain about an Aged care facility or nursing home as a employee.
