sophiebn (offline) Joined: Jan 2010 Location: Illawarra Posts: 1	Sat Jan 23, 2010 9:01 pm Hi Everyone, I am about to start the Diploma of Enrolled Nursing at Shellharbour Tafe but i am a bit unsure of what to expect in the first few weeks. So i was wondering if someone could maybe explain what sort of things they start the course off with, how much theory you do before prac, what you are actually allowed to do on prac etc. Also, is it worth purchasing all the recommended textbooks, or will they go unused. Replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :) Sophie.

If not, we got 6 assignments in first 2 days and all subjects have to be passed to go to placement (prac) Good luck to both of us!!! Deb
