Due to the ridiculous costs of childcare and the very child unfriendly hours for nursing, I'm thinking of doing nightshifts instead. I'm a recent graduate and have not done a night shift ever. Just wondering what is involved? What is the routine in an aged care place for an EN on nightshift or in an acute setting?
