Hi all,
I have a friend who is just about to embark on a BSc. Nursing at Flinders University.
Unfortunately he is medically-diagnosed with colour blindness.
Obviously he is distressed that this will affect his ability to apply for AHPRA registration.
Hence the question, can you get registration with AHPRA while having colour-blindness?
I've already asked AHPRA and lodged a web enquiry but the inane reply was "We can only know when you apply for registration" which means 3 years and $60000 dollars later!
Anyways, any help is much appreciated :)
