Has anyone done this?

How did you find the work load?

How did you find the non-contact?

Cheers :)

I've heard of folks doing the Bachelor's and greater online. But, getting an online RN degree is uncommon. I wouldn't recommend it because when you first start your degree, it's extremely tough without support.

After you get your RN and the license, then I would consider an online degree.

Doing your RN's online is VERY popular now, and a great way to do it if you still need to work.  I was studying through CQU, plenty of online support, and you travel to res schools for your labs every semester.  There are many uni "hubs" located around Qld, so depending on where you live will depend on where you go for Res school.  All placements are within 40 min drive of your home town, and there are facebook study groups for each and every unit.

 Hi,

I see you are in Adelaide. The Uni of SA do a Bachelor of Nursing through OUA that apparently is great. It will at least be in the same state to travel to workshops and placements etc.. I wanted to do it but don't want to travel from Vic.

I did a Human Health subject through Uni of SA through OUA and they had great communication/support etc. You will find that you will have plenty of peer support too with all of the forums and discussion boards.

I did my Bachelor of Nursing through UniSA, externally.

You get out what you put in,

connect on the student forums, reply to other students messages, ask questions and engage.

It is no different from the classroom.... If you sit up the back and don't talk to other students you will find it lonely and hard.... But if you throw yourself out there, you will have the time of your life.

Hey everyone

I'm a div 2 nurse nurse in Melbourne. I am thinking of becoming a div 1 and would like to study online. What universities do this? I was having a look at Charles Darwin uni. Also what unis did u go to and what credit did u get if you are a division 2 nurse.

Thankyou for your help.
